Once upon a time there was a girl with terrible vision. She had to wear contacts but she lived in this terrible cold and dry place. She got so cold and her eyeballs got so dry that she died.

the theme of the story uses indirect characterization through the protagonist to portray the authors mood on the whole subject of how she hates the fucking weather.
