| For when your show you want to talk about isn't significant enough.
So..."Viva Laughlin"...
Now, I know British shows are redone in American all the time... 'Viva Laughlin' is based on the BBC's 'Blackpool' which is a musical mystery short series. Basically, they'd go about trying to solve a murder and randomly break into song popular songs that play over the cast's singing and dancing. Literally, drugs, sex, and rock 'n roll.
THE TRAILER SAID "TV'S MOST ORIGINAL NEW SERIES".
NO IT'S NOT. BLACKPOOL WAS THE ORGINAL AND MOST CRACKTASTIC SERIES EVER.
They need a punch in the face.
They replaced the lovely Scottish Peter Carlisle played by David Tennant (Singing and Dancing! OMG) with...some AMERICAN...named Peter Carlyle!
AND THEY GOT IT WRONG. | |

| Well considering that it is quite popular, I don't think they failed in translation. | |

| I only turn on the TV to watch the new and check the weather. But usually I get everything online now... I even watch show/ dramas etc. online so TV is kind of pointless to me. Oh yeah I didn't mention I don't have cable so that could be another reason. | |

| I generally prefer the tv over the computer, but that just means I download shows, stick them on DVDs and watch them that way. Or rent things. The computer screen is too small and it always ruins the whole...atmosphere of tv watching. | |
